What this cannot tell you yet
- Spend against a project's own budget. Cost is measured from logged time and recorded expenses. Where those rows carry no project reference we can only report the cost of the whole client relationship, which covers every project that client has, so it is shown as a client figure and is deliberately not subtracted from a single project's budget.
- Staffing that has produced no assigned work. Who is on a project is read from the people assigned to tasks on it. Somebody staffed to a project who has not yet been given a task on it does not appear, so this is a picture of who is doing the work rather than of who is booked to it.
- When a project started. Only the target date and the completion date are recorded per project. A start date, and so an elapsed-versus-remaining read, is not.
